Here are some highlights from our improvements in February 2017:
1) Back in Stock Alerts
These added alerts allow segments to be built with the email addresses of shoppers who have browsed products when they were out of stock, and those products have now come back into stock again.
This is great for targeting shoppers who may have been disappointed in the past due to lack of stock.
2) New Onboarding Emails
New users of the system will now receive a series of emails containing suggestions about how to use the system.
3) Targeting Facebook and Twitter audiences
Target Facebook and Twitter audiences with email lists. Documentation has been added to describe how to target the social network audiences from the Segment Builder.
4) New Banner Template
A new SmartBlock Banner template has been added to the system to fit in easily with simple "white background" emails.
