Last week, Fresh Relevance hosted Fresh Ideas Live at The Shard in London, an afternoon of action-oriented presentations from talented retail marketing professionals. The event provided attendees with insights on the benefits of a joined-up email and web personalization strategy and networking opportunities with like-minded marketers.
An Afternoon Filled with Action-Oriented Content
Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with a spot of afternoon tea, cakes and sandwiches, and a chance to mingle and relax before we kickstarted the afternoon’s content. Fresh Relevance’s Head of Professional Services, Justis Saayman, started off the presentations section with a session on the challenges that personalization solves. Philip Storey, Founder and Principal Consultant at Enchant Agency, presented ideas how to impact customers throughout the entire lifecycle with personalized email marketing and ContentSquare's UK Managing Director Duncan Keene explained how to offer insight-driven experiences that customers love.

Following the talks, guests had the opportunity to network with other retail marketers and chat with the presenters and the Fresh Relevance team while enjoying some beer and prosecco.

We ended the event at The View from The Shard on the 69th floor where attendees shared a drink with us and continued discussions with a stunning view as the sun started to set over the London skyline.
