Last week, marketing professionals from retail’s top brands gathered at The Shard, London, for the latest installment of Fresh Ideas Live. Attendees took away valuable insights on multi-channel personalization, delivered by marketing technology veterans from JH, Mapp and Fresh Relevance. Optimizing the customer experience

The afternoon continued with content from Janak Kika, Head of Accounts at digital agency JH. Janak provided attendees with actionable ways to optimize their mobile customer experience. By taking advantage of the unique capabilities of mobile devices, retailers can increase convenience and keep shoppers coming back for more.

Ric Montvila, Director of Product Strategy at Mapp Digital, gave a visually rich presentation detailing the complexities of the digital customer journey. Attendees were encouraged to think about how to personalize the shopping experience across every channel – from desktop, to mobile, to social media and in store.

Talks concluded with a round-table discussion highlighting the challenges, wins, and future possibilities for cross-channel personalization in 2019.
