Fresh Relevance company highlights 2019 - events, expansion and customer success

2019 has been a bumper year at Fresh Relevance.

Over the last twelve months, we’ve focused on inspiring users to get ahead with personalization.  

To that end, we’ve significantly increased our global headcount, spent more time in the field with digital marketers, and joined forces with like-minded partners.

The platform itself has undergone some big changes. We've made the system easier to use, with an emphasis on understanding shoppers and influencing their journeys.

Here's how we've helped marketers get their jobs done in 2019:

 

Growing headcount

In 2018, we celebrated a landmark 500 websites using our personalization solution. To accommodate this growth, 2019 brought an increased headcount in our London, Southampton and Boston-based teams. 

Notably, July saw Justin Tyrrell join Fresh Relevance as Vice President of Sales. Based in London, Justin oversees international direct sales, sales development and channel management.

We’ve also bolstered our development teams, and deepened our Machine Learning collaboration with a leading UK University.

In the USA, our customer support presence has expanded to help users get the most out of the platform.

 

Fresh Ideas Live at The Shard

This year, we committed to spending more time face-to-face with digital marketers. In that spirit, we hosted not one, not two, but three Fresh Ideas Live events at The Shard.

 

 

Along the way, we joined forces with dotdigital, Trustpilot, Mapp, 5874 and JH to share the latest insights in multi-channel personalization.

 

 

Attendees have enjoyed the opportunity to network with fellow marketers and presenters at The Shard’s viewing platform, 72 floors above ground.

Fresh Relevance Community Day

In addition to Fresh Ideas Live, we welcomed customers, partners and industry experts for a day of inspiration at King’s Place, London.

 

 

Attendees gathered next to Regent's Canal to share challenges, strategies and inspiration from their personalization journey.

The day's keynote speaker, Internet Retailing’s Ian Jindal, explored how retailers can put consumers at the heart of their business.

 

 

Customer success in the news

In August, contact lens provider Vision Direct was featured in eFocus Marketing's Brand Spotlight podcast.

Emma Haskell, Head of Customer Retention, explained how the brand achieved a 557% increase in click-throughs using Fresh Relevance and dotdigital

 

 

Elsewhere, Feel Good Contacts’ success story was featured by Essential Retail.  The case study shows that pop-up banners are still a powerful tool in the wake of GDPR. 

 

 

The firm has actually boosted its subscriber base by 10,000 by incorporating smart data capture into its marketing strategy, working with personalization specialists Fresh Relevance.
