Upgraded ESP integration: Joint customers of Fresh Relevance and Dotdigital benefit from improved ease of use

Fresh Relevance has improved the integration with Dotdigital to make it easier to use recommendations and hyper-personalized content in campaign emails.

It’s now much easier for customers who create personalized content, such as product recommendations, banners and coupons, within the Fresh Relevance platform to use it in Dotdigital emails.

We’ve added a simple button that allows the user to push the relevant ‘HTML code’ from the Fresh Relevance platform into Dotdigital.  Once the code has been pushed, customers can simply add their personalized content to emails via the ‘Building Blocks’ section in the Dotdigital EasyEditor. Within the ‘Product’ that has been added, they can drag the content from Fresh Relevance into the right place in the email. Simples!

Note: this enhancement requires the AccountInsight module on the Dotdigital account.

We also added the ability to set contact preferences in Dotdigital from the Fresh system. This means that customers can choose what marketing messages they are interested in receiving, so that they only see relevant content.
