Our account management team is a vital cog in the Fresh Relevance machine, keeping our clients happy and helping them succeed.

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Customer Success Consultant, Daisy Gray.

 

What do you enjoy most about your role? 

Being able to share in the success of our customers - we get to celebrate all the time!

I also LOVE data so I enjoy finding success trends and using them to inspire clients.

What does a typical day look like for you?

Every day is different - it has to be to bring the best to our customers. Throughout the week you will often find me supporting clients through training calls, playing with data or writing FreshPro blogs to challenge our customers to get the most out of their programs.
 

What interesting projects are you working on right now?

We've just launched a new blog series for our current/aspiring Pro users - FreshPro! I love the journey we bring with this series, it's not solely an inspirational blog but is paired with handy 'how to' information so our customers can be supported throughout implementation too. What would your top tip be for anyone getting started with personalization?

You've heard it before - TEST TEST TEST! Every client, program and customer base is different. We're able to share fantastic examples and general best practice with our clients. But to be truly successful, continued optimization is the key. That's why I'm so excited about the recent launch of our Optimize Center and our upcoming releases, which will focus on automating content testing to make it easier and quicker than ever for clients to refine their programs.
 

When you're not busy helping clients, what do you get up to in your free time?

I really enjoy being creative in any way, and lockdown has given me plenty of time to learn new skills. Some of my builds over the last year include a garden furniture set, macrame plant hangers, embroidered t-shirts and a 6ft tall cat tree!
