A leading British retailer has reported a 39% increase in conversions as a result of using ratings and reviews in their cart abandonment emails, and this integration allows you to do the same. The integration regularly pulls down the ratings and reviews and combines them with our rich product database to include ratings and reviews in your triggered behavioral emails, launched using the Fresh Relevance platform.

You can turn on the display of stars for each product, and customize the look with our visual live editor. We've got a range of styles that you can tweak, or you can use your own creatives so that they'll fit seamlessly with your branding.
Get even Smarter in your Product Targeting
The feature enables you to recommend products based on the average product rating and the number of reviews. You can produce recommendation blocks such as “Top Rated Products” by applying filters to existing data sources. You can combine any existing filter and control the products that are shown by picking a minimum rating to be given (for example, no ratings below 3) as well as the minimum number of reviews (e.g. only show products with more than five reviews). In this case, at least five of your customers would have to rate your product with 3 stars or more for the rating to appear in your web and email content.
Lead with the Most Popular Product
We're making it super easy to define the order of products within an email. For example, in a cart or browse abandonment email, you can choose a “lead” product with a high rating to be highlighted to your reader, increasing the chances of them returning to their cart to complete the purchase.
