We wanted to share some exciting news with you about our roadmap plans.
In the past, we have prioritized system functionality, to give our clients a powerful system to optimize personalized content for increased engagement and revenue from their consumers.
However, we have been listening to you, and we’ve now started a dedicated program to improve the UI and UX design across the system. This initiative included the investment into a new team, consisting of a Product Manager, UX Designer and Front End Developers.
We’ve already been working in the background on designs, and the first parts of implementation, which you’ll soon start to see appearing in the system.
Here’s a sneak peek at just a few of the changes coming over the next year…
New top navigation bar with improved icons and a breadcrumb trail to help you find your way around.
Improved SmartBlock management page with sharper visuals, multi select capabilities and a list view.
A reworked SmartBlock creation process with easier controls, improved visuals and less emphasis on using developer code (although our ninja coding clients will still be able to access code).
Improved help area, to ensure that you can find the advice you need, when you need it (this will never replace our incredible support team though!).
We’re looking to make changes across the system to enhance the experience that our clients have using our tools.
