Feedback is important to us and plays a vital role in shaping our product roadmap.

Here’s a roundup of the Q4 platform enhancements that were specifically designed in response to suggestions from our client base.
 

Added ability to expose location details in product recommendation SmartBlocks

Challenge: Previously it wasn't possible to display a product's list of location availability.

Solution: Now clients can expose the details of location, such as name and extra data, within the product recommendation SmartBlocks for each product.
 


 

Added ability to sync user-generated photos from review providers into ratings and reviews SmartBlocks

Challenge: One client wanted to surface or display user-generated photos from review providers in reviews and ratings SmartBlock.

Solution: Clients now have the ability to display photos that customers have uploaded within their reviews from the review providers we integrate with. Plus, a new filter has been added to allow clients to filter reviews based on the number of images.
 


 

New trigger rule - 'products available at nearest store'

Challenge: One client wanted the ability to target the location of a product the customer has browsed, carted or abandoned to allow them to target messaging and send triggered content when the product becomes available at the customer's closest store.

Solution: We've created a new trigger marketing rule under the 'Raised cart abandon signal' called 'Product locations'. This gives clients the ability to send triggers based on products being available in the customer's region or within a certain distance of the customer.
 


 

New 'keyword' filter added to ratings and reviews SmartBlock

Challenge: Clients previously were not able to filter reviews by keyword.

Solution: New 'keyword' filter added to ratings and reviews SmartBlock to give clients more options and flexibility with the reviews they choose to display.
 


 

Added ability to target non-category/ID fields in product-based marketing rules

Challenge: One client required the ability to target specific words in a carted product name to display offer-based banners (e.g. name contains 'deck')

Solution: We now allow any rule that targets product data (e.g. 'has carted') to target product fields other than ID or category, such as product name.
 


 

Added support for multiple Shopify stores in one Fresh Relevance account

Challenge: Previously clients could only link one Shopify store to their Fresh Relevance account.

Solution: Clients now have the ability to link multiple Shopify stores to the same Fresh Relevance account, mapped to Site Brands.
