Daisy Gray, Senior Customer Success Consultant
2021 was an exciting year as I bought my first house! It’s very old so everything needs updating, which is both challenging and super rewarding. I’ve learnt so much already on this journey, from changing electrical sockets to demolishing and repairing crumbling walls – and all without injury (touch wood!). DIY can seem intimidating, but it’s amazing how much you can achieve with a little guidance from YouTube, perseverance and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Less than a year ago, I started my boxing journey. Initially, I felt intimidated and was not consistent with my classes. The reason for that is my perfectionism; I was a long way from being perfect at boxing. BUT it was just the beginning.
Now, I do boxing twice a week – even on Saturdays at 9am (it means I don’t stay up late on Fridays). And you know what? Our trainer even asks me to demonstrate best practices to the group. Who would’ve thought?!
Camilla Bass, Content Marketing Manager
2021 was a year of adventure for me. I went campervanning around Fuerteventura with my husband, traversing the island’s volcanic landscape in an old VW T3. It proved to be one of the most memorable, challenging and rewarding trips I’ve ever taken and I’m proud of myself for taking the plunge and driving a 40 year old van with a steering wheel bigger than my head on the right-hand side of unfamiliar roads.
Katherine Hunter, Business Development Manager
My biggest achievement from the past year is running the London Marathon in October. I’m not a natural runner, finding it difficult and boring, so I knew this would be a challenge.
The training was long and hard and at times I thought it was going to be a real struggle. I ran for a charity, the MND association, and raised over £4k in the process which encouraged me to keep going throughout the long training runs and on the day itself – that and the promise of the pub at the end!
To my surprise, I ran the whole way in under 4 and a half hours and it was genuinely an amazing experience that I’m really proud of (minus the knee pain!).
Huriyyah Dhanse, Vice President, Customer
An achievement that I’m most proud of is being promoted to Vice President, Customer owing to the opportunities that this has presented me with personally and professionally.
I’ve always felt passionate about helping others solve problems and built some amazing relationships over the years as a result. I’ve been fortunate to work with an extremely talented team and loved seeing many flourish in their careers.
My role has also allowed me to work with our customers more strategically to ensure they get the best out of their partnership at Fresh Relevance. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do! Their success is ours, and the fact that they have trusted us to be a part of theirs is invaluable.
Lily Hristova, Product Manager
My biggest accomplishment of the last year was starting my new job at Fresh Relevance as Product Manager. I had come back from maternity leave earlier in the year after having my first child, and switching jobs in the midst of the market instability due to the Covid pandemic while dealing with my brand new role as a working mother was quite scary and challenging.
Luckily, I have definitely made the right choice and I am so excited to grow my experience and skill set, while feeling supported and encouraged by my new team, and of course to contribute to the development of an even better product for our customers.
