Effective personalization requires ongoing monitoring, testing and fine-tuning. The Fresh Relevance platform has been offering A/B and MVT testing for some time. Yet, we wanted to make it easier for clients to keep track of the different tests that have been set up, and to enhance the functionality.
We’ve been working hard and are delighted to introduce our new Optimize Center. It’s a single, easy to use page, where you can create and monitor tests for individual pieces of personalized web or email content, email triggers as well as full cross-channel experiences.
The Optimize Center will help our clients keep track of what tests they have newly set up, are currently running and have previously completed. From the center, clients can access real-time reporting on each test, as well as make adjustments as needed.
In addition, the Optimize Center brings new functionality to be able to test your new content, trigger or experience against an existing set up, but monitor the results within the test scenario only. This gives a clearer picture of the winners and losers during testing.
We’re not stopping there… we’re currently working on adding new testing functionality and the ability to define more types of goals.
The new testing functionality will include AI-driven multi-armed bandit and contextual multi-armed bandit tests, allowing our clients to set up scenarios with many different pieces of content and the AI will quickly work out which piece is best to show, based on the data it has available to it. The new goal configuration will give our clients the ability to define what’s important to them for each optimization, focusing on aspects other than just revenue, such as time on site, number of items added to cart, percentage of visitors filling out a form etc. Once the goals are defined, the AI will optimize based on achieving the best scores towards the goals, and reporting will show each test variable's success.
