Upgraded integration with Acoustic: New event types and fields passed via UBX

Fresh Relevance has the unique ability to receive email activity events from the Acoustic marketing cloud to enhance the behavioral information available to clients using both platforms in their marketing stack.

Our integration can now receive and process a huge selection of email-related events from the UBX interface provided by Acoustic. These events can be used in Fresh Relevance to personalize content – either on the web or in emails or in other channels – and to control triggers and other marketing behaviors.

Event Description
Email Send an email send.
Email Open an email open.
Email Click an email clickthrough.
Click Stream an email clickstream event.
Email Attachment a recipient has opened an email attachment.
Email Block an email has been blocked.
Email Bounce an email has bounced including the type (soft/hard).
Email Conversion an email conversion.
Email Forward an email has been forwarded.
Email Opt-Out a contact has opted out via an email unsubscribe link.
Email Restriction an email send has been restricted.
Email Suppressed an email send has been suppressed.
Email Reply Abuse an email has been reported for abuse.
Email Reply Coa a contact has changed their email address.
Email Reply Other a generic reply event.
