BigCommerce customers can integrate with Fresh Relevance via BigCommerce App Marketplace

We’re excited to announce that Fresh Relevance has been named a BigCommerce Preferred Technology Partner, providing approximately 60,000 BigCommerce customers access to Fresh Relevance’s versatile personalization platform, an integration that can be activated quickly and easily through the BigCommerce App Marketplace with a single-click install to create a Fresh Relevance account.

How it works

BigCommerce’s integration with Fresh Relevance gives BigCommerce merchants access to our full suite of functionality, including cross-channel personalization, advanced triggered messaging, customer data management and optimization features. Products are automatically synced from BigCommerce, shortly after changes are made (including changes to stock). 

Multiple stores / channels (BigCommerce accounts) can be supported in the same Fresh Relevance account, as well as multiple storefront channels, which means BigCommerce merchants can personalize and optimize the experience for their customers across multiple storefronts. 

Key functionality

Key functionality that Fresh Relevance supports includes:

1) Cross-device cart rebuild

Fresh Relevance supports cart rebuild for multi-device shoppers, meaning that a shopper could abandon their cart using one device, open the recovery email and click through using another device, and Fresh Relevance will still automatically refill their cart.

2) Triggered messaging

With Fresh Relevance, BigCommerce merchants can create personalized, automated emails based on customer behavior that reduce shopping cart abandonment and consistently drive eCommerce revenue.

  • Wide range of trigger types, including cart abandonment, browse abandonment, post-purchase, price drop, back in stock and more
  • Multi-step triggered email and SMS campaigns supported, for example sending 3 cart recovery messages after 30 minutes, 24 hours and 72 hours
  • SMS available to add into triggered message cadences
  • Full control over which customer receives which triggered message by flexibly combining over 30 rules based on behavioral, transactional and contextual data

3) Web personalization

BigCommerce merchants can reduce bounce rates and engage website visitors by presenting them with a website experience that is tailored to their specific interest and actions. With Fresh Relevance, you can personalize the onsite experience with dynamic content using sophisticated targeting rules (customer browse and purchase behavior, product interaction, visit frequency, location, time of day, weather, page parameters, etc.) and automatically generate creative that’s unique and relevant, the instant a customer interacts with your marketing.
