New ESP integration: Braze customers can power email personalization via Fresh Relevance

We’re happy to announce that we’ve added another integration to Fresh Relevance’s expanding portfolio: Braze.

The Fresh Relevance system can now be easily linked up to Braze, so joint customers can use our data driven behavioral tracking platform to trigger email sends from this ESP.

Braze’s integration with Fresh Relevance helps you create personalized experiences through your customer data, helping to deliver more relevant customer engagements and building deeper connections.

The Fresh Relevance personalization platform captures behavioral and transactional data from website visitors, identifies visitors with sophisticated data capture tools and provides a comprehensive suite of cross-channel personalization tactics to provide customers with a tailored experience that sets our clients apart from their competitors.

Fresh Relevance’s features integrate seamlessly with the Braze emailing capabilities to create conversion-boosting email campaigns. Here’s how our joint customers can benefit from the integration.

Triggered emails

Joint customers can use Fresh Relevance to send targeted, personalized and timely triggered emails from Braze.

Fresh Relevance provides advanced options to trigger email campaigns, such as price drop, back-in-stock, abandoned browse session or cart abandonment. In the case of cart abandonment emails, the cart layout is transferred over with the trigger.

Joint customers can increase conversions further by including additional personalized content from Fresh Relevance to their triggered email campaigns. For example, browse abandonment emails can include product recommendations based on the customer’s browsed product or items that are within the same category, serving to help the customer make a purchase decision by showing them more options.

Fresh Relevance will also automatically check against Braze subscription statuses before the email is triggered.

Sending highly targeted, personalized emails is a proven way to increase revenue and engagement with the brand. In fact, organizations using Fresh Relevance to send both browse and cart abandonment emails see an average 10% sales uplift.

Bulk emails

Fresh Relevance personalized content can also be used in bulk email campaigns, including AI-driven recommendations, countdown timers, real-time weather forecasts, social media feeds, and much more.

Joint customers can increase their email database with the ability to add new contacts collected via the website through tactics such as data capture to Braze.

Our integration with Braze also gives our joint customers campaign-based identification capabilities, i.e. the ability to identify website visitors that arrive at the website from a Braze email link.
