Upgraded ESP integration: Joint customers of Fresh Relevance and Klaviyo benefit from improved customer experience

The Fresh Relevance personalization platform supercharges the customer journeys available in Klaviyo. Joint customers of Klaviyo and Fresh Relevance can collect and aggregate real-time behavioral, transactional and contextual data across channels via Fresh Relevance and deliver a personalized email experience to their customers via Klaviyo. The same personalized content can be delivered by Fresh Relevance to your emails, website and mobile channels.

Triggered emails

Fresh Relevance provides advanced options to trigger email campaigns, such as price dropback-in-stockabandoned browse session or cart abandonment. These use Klaviyo to send the email, but give much higher ROI.

Joint customers can increase conversions further by including additional personalized content from Fresh Relevance to their triggered email campaigns. For example, browse abandonment emails can include product recommendations based on the customer’s browsed product or items that are within the same category, serving to help the customer make a purchase decision by showing them more options.

The Fresh Relevance system can also trigger purchase complete emails sent via Klaviyo containing AI-driven recommendations, such as products that are frequently purchased with the item recently bought, to drive the next purchase and reconvert the customer.

Sending highly targeted, personalized emails is a proven way to increase revenue and engagement with the brand. In fact, organizations using Fresh Relevance to send both browse and cart abandonment emails see an average 10% sales uplift.

Bulk emails

Fresh Relevance personalized content can also be used in bulk email campaigns, including AI-driven recommendations, countdown timersreal-time weather forecasts, social media feeds, and much more.

Including personalization in bulk marketing emails is proven to boost results. One Fresh Relevance client saw their click to open rate increase from 3% to 25% with the inclusion of dynamic, personalized content.

Improvements

We have now improved the integration to make the customer journey even more seamless.

You can now configure a list of email addresses and automatically transfer them over to Fresh Relevance to be held within a segment. The segment can then be used to target specific content on the website. This means that the website won’t prompt existing customers to sign-up for marketing emails again.
