Fresh Relevance enables brands to integrate Trustpilot reviews for impactful personalized experiences
Fresh Relevance and Trustpilot today announced that online businesses can boost the performance of their cross-channel marketing campaigns using Fresh Relevance’s versatile personalization platform and Trustpilot customer ratings and reviews. With the enhanced integration between the two platforms, brands can automatically pull live product and service reviews into personalized emails and web pages to build consumer trust and accelerate conversions.
The importance of ratings and reviews cannot be underestimated with research suggesting that 95% of consumers read online reviews before they make a purchase, whilst 58% would reportedly be willing to pay more for products that have good reviews.
Through the tight integration between Fresh Relevance and Trustpilot, brands can build confidence with new shoppers by displaying ratings and reviews on the homepage and in welcome emails. Displaying relevant ratings and reviews can also improve the impact of personalized product recommendations, and bulk, abandonment and other triggered emails.
Brands such as Look Fabulous Forever, The Diamond Store, FFX and MyOptique Group are taking advantage of the capability to automatically pull live product and service reviews from the Trustpilot API and incorporate them across channels.
MyOptique Group’s Head of Product, Customer Experience & Analytics commented on the experience: “Our customers are fantastic advocates, going online to share pictures of their latest eyewear purchases and enthusiastically writing about the great experience they have shopping with us. It is something we are very proud of. Fresh Relevance’s ratings & reviews feature is really easy to set up and use. It’s a great way to showcase the quality of our products to customers, either on site or in emails.”
Mike Austin, CEO & co-founder of Fresh Relevance, says: “Adding Trustpilot ratings and reviews is an ideal way to enhance personalized touchpoints and optimize the shopping experience. We’re delighted to release the enhanced integration which will make it even easier for online businesses to delight their customers and boost conversions. The integration makes implementation quick and easy, while ensuring that the marketers stays in full control over where and how product reviews are shown, including setting minimum star thresholds and filtering product recommendations by star rating.”
Briarley Laban, Senior Director of Global Partnerships at Trustpilot, comments: “Our integration with Fresh Relevance further illustrates our commitment to help businesses harness the power of customer reviews to inspire customer confidence. Fresh Relevance shares our desire to help businesses grow trust and accelerate online sales, and we look forward to working together to mutually support customers.”
